^{Alex was assigned to manage our resale flat, both wifey & myself had reached out to >10 ID firms with strict criteria/requirements & finally decided on The Interior Platform (TIP). The conceptualise design & overall transparency of costs were the best out of the other IDs we spoke with, Alex was very accommodating with our requirements. He was even able to meet our budget & not only deliver on the type of overall concept we wanted, he even went out of his way to think out of the box on different designs for us. Alex took us through every step of the way for the entire duration of our renovation (3months), extremely responsive on calls/messages & even had regular site visits to ensure that works are kept in check. Although there were several iterations from our initial design, Alex was very accommodative with the required change in visuals & provided sound judgement/feedback on the pros & cons of each change we made.During the day of handover, they would spend time to walk through & identify defects with us, follow-ups were prompt too. Overall workmanship was excellent & there were only a couple of minor defects identified (<15 defects) & they were resolved within a period of 2 weeks. In summary, we have not regretted 1 bit on engaging Alex, he is extremely patient, professional, responsive & trustworthy. If you are planning on engaging an ID, please do take a chance with Alex, I can assure you that you wont regret your decision.
